Florian Deichmueller is leading the Automotive Supplier business in EMEA and heads Roland Berger’s Berlin office. He joined Roland Berger in 2013 and has extensive experience in large-scale performance improvement and transformation programs for the automotive supplier industry. Over the last decade, he has primarily advised automotive clients in China, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Having spent two years in both China and Sweden, he holds degrees in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, Tongji University in Shanghai, and the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
